Description: A two day in-service training program for the primary teachers on classroom management and Bloom’s Taxonomy was held on 12th and 19th December 2017 in the A.V room. The experienced resource person Ms.Shradha Anand explained that management of the student-teacher relationship is the corner stone of classroom management. She discussed and shared the best methods adopted for classroom management and how a congenial and friendly environment should be given to our students. She emphasized on positive discipline and the role of a proactive teacher. She highlighted that a teacher can solve many problems with her focused and methodical approach. During second day of the workshop , she discussed Bloom’s Taxonomy and the different stages of thinking. She defined the Taxonomy as an attempt to classify forms and levels of learning. Several videos were also shown to teachers to classify the questions asked in classrooms .The enriching experience helped the teachers to adopt various techniques to make the teaching learning process more effective.
