SUBJECTS OFFERED IN CLASS XI

A wide range of academic subjects are offered including Work Experience, Physical and Health Education and Art Education which are important for the holistic development of each student. At the Senior Secondary Level, we offer three broad combinations - Science, Commerce and Humanities - with the following combination of subjects.

LANGUAGE / ACADEMIC ELECTIVE
Class 4 - French is taught as an additional Language.
Class 5 - Sanskrit and French are taught as additional languages.
Class 6- Sanskrit is taught as a Third Language. However, students can choose between French and General Knowledge as an additional subject. (Students will write examination as per the prescribed pattern)
Classes 7 & 8 – The students can choose between Sanskrit and French as the Third language. (Students will write examination as per the prescribed pattern) Classes 9 – Second Language option is between Hindi /Sanskrit /French. Students who have chosen French and qualified in Class 8 have a choice to take it up as their second language in lieu of Hindi for the Board Examination of Class 10.
Classes 9 & 10- Academic Elective is Information Technology/Apparel. (Students will write examination as per the prescribed pattern)
