Description: The celebration of the triumph of good over evil, the importance of valour and courage, the necessity of kindness and honesty are all brought out in the message of the festival of “Dussehra”.
Dussehra marks the ultimate victory of good over evil and is celebrated by Indians across the world. Somerville School, Greater Noida also saw traditional fervour and gaiety as part of Dussehra celebrations that took place in Junior School on 04 Oct 2019.
The ever enthusiastic children performed a skit that brought out the true message of Dussehra that “truth will always prevail over deceit”. Enchanting dance performances showcased the talent of the children. The audience was enthralled with the show.
Honorable Headmistress Mrs. Shefali Egbert congratulated the children on their performance and motivate them for the future, Wishing the staff and students a ‘Happy Dussehra’.
