Prerequisites: Ensure that you have the following before you begin to fill the form:
1) Age as per NEP (National Education Policy) on 1st April, 2024
Class: Pre School Level 1: 3 or 3+ years
Class: Pre School Level 2: 4 or 4+ years
Class: Pre School Level 3: 5 or 5+ years
Class: I: 6 or 6+ years
2) Photograph of the applicant child (in JPEG, JPG format).Size of the photograph should not be more than 1 MB.
3) Scanned copy of Applicant Child’s Date of Birth Certificate: (Certificate should bear the Child’s Name, Father’s Name and Mother’s name written on it).
4) Scanned copy of Address Proof (Aadhar Card / Voter’s I-Card/ Rent / Lease Agreement / Electricity Bill).
5) Scanned copy of Identity Proof of both the Parents (PAN Card / Voter’s I-Card / Aadhar Card / Driving License / Passport).
Instructions for filling the Online Registration Form:
1) Once the form is filled and submitted by the parent, no change in names will be allowed, without special permission.
2) Please ensure that the date of birth of your child is written correctly as per the Birth Certificate. No request for the change in date of birth will be entertained in future whatever may be the reason. The original Birth Certificate is to be produced for verification only at the time of admission.
3) No admission will be entertained without proper documents, i.e. Birth Certificate, Transfer Certificate, Mark Sheet etc.
4) The particulars of sibling already studying in the school should be given and Cousins will not be considered as siblings.
5) In case of physically challenged, EWS, SC, ST and OBC candidates please attach supporting documents.
6) Incomplete Registration forms are liable to be rejected.
