• For KG: Not less than 4+years as on 31st March, 2023
• For Classes I to IX & XI as per the following criteria:
  a- Age as on 31st March, 2023
  1- Class I: 5 or 5+ years
  2- Class II: 6 or 6+ years
  3- Class III: 7 or 7+ years
  4- Class IV: 8 or 8+ years
  5- Class V: 9 or 9+ years
  6- Class VI: 10 or 10+ years
  7- Class VII: 11 or 11+ years
  8- Class VIII: 12 or 12+ years
  9- Class IX: 13 or 13+ years
  10- Class XI: 15 or 15+ years
  b- Admission to a particular class is subject to the availability of seat, academic assessment and past academic record.

The duly filled Registration form along with a copy of the Birth Certificate, Address Proof, Identity Proof (both the Parents) and Report Card of the Class last attended to be mailed at school@somervillegreaternoida.in

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION

• Self Attested copy of Applicant Child’s Date of Birth Certificate: (Certificate should bear the Child’s Name, Father’s Name and Mother’s Name written on it).
• Scanned copy of Address Proof (Aadhar Card / Voter’s I-Card/ Rent / Lease Agreement / Electricity Bill).
• Scanned copy of Identity Proof of both the Parents (PAN Card / Voter’s I-Card / Aadhar Card / Driving License / Passport).
• Copy of previous report card (if applicable).
• Address Proof
• AADHAR CARD COPY OF THE PARENTS AND THE STUDENT.
• Recent Medical Fitness certificate in original with a mention of blood group of the student.
• Five Passport size photographs of the student and four passport size photographs each of Father, Mother and/or Legal Guardian.
• Copy of the Immunization Card.
• Copy of the PAN card
• TC in original (if applicable)
• ALL ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR VERIFICATION AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION.
